We strive to provide the best tags on the market and will work with you to resolve issues to the best of our ability. However, if for some reason you must have a refund, contact us. If you return the tags within 30 days of purchase we will process a 100% refund. Customer responsible for cost of return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Wrong Product

If you discover your order is flawed please contact us at: with photos of the wrong product, we will providing a return shipping label. Once it is tracking we will ship a replacement a product immediately.

Fixing Errors on Tags

Mistakes can be made by our team or by customers, this is an expected part of the business. If there is an error on your tags when you receive them, for example your phone number is incorrect, we will re-make your order and ship a replacement set free of charge 1 time. This policy affects errors whether Legit Bag Tags or the customer make the mistake.


If a mistake was made in the data on the tags, Legit Bag Tags will replace your tags once free of charge, regardless of whether the mistake was made by customer or Legit Bag Tags.

If for some other reason you are not happy with the tags, please contact us. In many cases we’ll work with you to fix issues and send you a new set of tags. We don’t want customers to feel stuck with tags they don’t like.

Otherwise, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt by the customer.

Change Of Mind

Change of mind is not acceptable. No return or refund will process. Please Note: Color, Size, and Texture.

Cancel The Order:

We usually ship the orders immediately, therefore if you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately. We will attempt to stop your order, but we will not guarantee that we can stop the order.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
